The OCDB’s the English Language Learner (ELL) Workforce Navigator Pilot Program creates partnerships and strategies that bridge education and workforce system gaps for ELL and immigrant populations. This program implements promising models and practices in the workforce system service delivery infrastructure to better serve ELL populations. Program participants will have access to the following:
English Classes
On-the-job training
Classroom training
Job placement
Transportation assistance
